This Provision regulates procedure for accreditation of staff of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states, and also representative offices of the international organizations and other representations equated to them performing activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Representations and Organizations), in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the MFA) according to provisions of the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of 1961, the Vienna convention on the consular intercourses of 1963, the Convention on privileges and immunities of the United Nations (further - the UN) 1946 and the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, and also regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1. Accreditations in the MFA are subject:
a) employees of diplomatic, administrative and technical and service personnel of diplomatic representations of foreign states and members of their families;
b) employees of consular establishments of foreign states and members of their families;
c) the staff of Representative offices of the international organizations of the UN system, the staff of Representative offices of other international organizations and other Representations equated to them, and also members of their families on the basis of come in the procedure established by the law into force of the international treaty which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic which provisions provide investment of such persons with the corresponding amount of privileges and immunities;
d) the staff of the trade missions of foreign states on the basis of the principle of reciprocity;

e) honorary consuls of foreign states.
2. The MFA creates lists of staff of Representations and Organizations in form according to appendix 2 to this Provision at least two times a year with indication of the following data:
- office contact information;
- Employee's full name;
- post;
- functional obligations;
- title, rank (if is available);
- nationality / marital status (with indication of full name and degree of relationship);
- date of arrival in the country;
- residential address.
3. The citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and performing labor activity in Representations or Organizations are not subject to accreditation in the MFA, except for honorary consuls.

5. Information concerning personal data of staff of Representations and Organizations is confidential.
6. Accreditation in the MFA is made according to the conventional principles and rules of international law, and also according to regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
7. Provision of obviously unreliable, false or incomplete information in biographical particulars involves refusal in documents acceptance on accreditation.
8. The MFA has the right not to specify cause of failure in accreditation.
9. The accreditation card is property the MFA and cannot be transferred to other persons, and also is subject to obligatory return to the MFA after the term of accreditation (action), in case of prolongation or upon completion of diplomatic mission in the Kyrgyz Republic.
