2. Procedure to provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction on official publication of the copy of this joint order within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) the direction of the copy of this joint order within ten calendar days from the date of its obtaining in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

2) the joint order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy of November 14, 2012 No. 23-pr and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 20, 2012 No. 310 "About approval of form of checking leaf of subjects in the field of private entrepreneurship in the field of atomic energy" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 24, 2012 - No. 125-126 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of April 10, 2013 is entered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8216, (27399-27400).

1. General provisions

1. These Criteria for evaluation of risk degree of subjects in the field of atomic energy (further - Criteria) are developed according to the subitem 2) of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 1997 "About use of atomic energy" for the purpose of reference of the organizations which are engaged in activities for use of atomic energy (further - subjects in the field of atomic energy), on risk degrees.

2. Criteria are created by means of objective and subjective criteria.

2) installations on which in case of accident the radiative effects are limited to the sanitary protection zone territory of YaREU belong to the II category;

3) installations which radiative effects are limited to the platform of placement of YaREU belong to the III category;

4) installations which radiative effects are limited only to working premises or workplaces of YaREU belong to the IV category.
