About approval of the list, forms, terms of the reporting of societies of mutual insurance and Rules of their representation

According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2006 "About mutual insurance", of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of societies of mutual insurance according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about activities according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about investment portfolio according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) report form about insurance premiums and insurance payments according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) report form about insurance reserves according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) Rules of submission of the reporting by societies of mutual insurance according to appendix 6 to this resolution.

2. Societies of mutual insurance represent to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan annually in electronic format the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4) and 5) of Item 1 of this resolution till February 1 of the year following after accounting year.

3. Declare invalid the subitem 1) of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of March 1, 2010 No. 29 "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of societies of the mutual insurance" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6163, No. 253-254 (26314-26315)) published on September 25, 2010 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper.

4. To department of paying balance, currency control and statistics (Umbetaliyev M. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) together with Legal support department (Dosmukhambetov N. M.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this resolution on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

5. To department of the international relations and public relations (Kazybayev A. K.) provide the direction of this resolution on official publication in periodic printing editions within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Smolyakov of O.A.

7. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
