1. Approve:

2) the standard of the state service "Issue of Archive References and/or Copies of Archive Documents within Archives of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Its Territorial Administrations", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Bodies of Prosecutor's Office, Investigation Authorities and Inquiry", according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee Aytpayeva S. M.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of the Certificate of Availability or Lack of Criminal Record"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Certificate of Availability or Lack of Criminal Record" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The state service appears Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities (further - the service provider).

Documents acceptance and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation);

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" of www.egov.kz and the subscriber structure of mobile network (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package in the State corporation, and also in case of the address on the portal - 10 (ten) minutes;

in case of additional check - 5 (five) working days;

in case of departure abroad - 5 (five) working days.

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (completely automated) and (or) paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - issue of the certificate of availability or lack of criminal record (further - the reference) in form, according to appendices 1, 2 to this standard of the state service.

Form of provision of result of rendering the state service: electronic and (or) paper.

On the portal the result of rendering the state service goes and kept in "personal account" of the uslugopoluchatel in electronic form signed by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the authorized person of the service provider.

Acceptance is performed according to the procedure of "electronic queue" without the accelerated servicing, booking of electronic queue by means of the portal is allowed.
