About approval of the Development program of national infrastructure of quality for the period till 2020
For the purpose of further increase in safety, quality and konkurentosyoposobnost of products, enhancement of system of tekhnichesyoky regulation and ensuring the international recognition of assessment works of compliance, and also expansion of implementation of modern systems of management the Cabinet of Ministers DECIDES:
1. Approve the Development program of national infrastructure of quality developed by the Uzstandart agency together with bodies of the public and economic board for the period till 2020 (further - the Program) including:
the list of projects on upgrade, technical retrofitting of test and measuring laboratories, and also purchase oborudovayoniya for quality control in products production process, according to appendix No. 1;
the list of test laboratories of the territorial centers of the ispyyotaniye and certification of the Uzstandart agency accredited at the mezhdunayorodny level according to appendix No. 2;
target indicators of implementation of international standards, according to appendix No. 3;
target indicators of implementation of systems of management, according to No. No. 4.1, 4.2 prilozheyoniya;
the list of projects on development and implementation information kommuyonikatsionnykh technologies and software products in system of the Uzstandart agency, according to appendix No. 5.
Assign to heads of complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers, bodies of the public and economic board, Council of Ministers of Respubyoliki Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent personalyyony responsibility for timely and high-quality execution utverzhyodenny this resolution of the Program.
2. Provide to the Uzstandart agency in accordance with the established procedure:
in three-months time development and approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of systems of management;
effective organization and coordination of activities of bodies of gosuyodarstvenny and economic board for execution of the Program;
quarterly entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of information on course of execution of the Program.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 22.02.2021 No. 87
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan U. U. Rozukulov and heads of complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
