1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting joint planned inspections of residents of the territory of the advancing social and economic development by the bodies authorized on implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control.
2. Determine that in the territory of the advancing social and economic development of residents of the territory of the advancing social and economic development are performed in the form of joint scheduled inspections by the bodies authorized on implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control when implementing all types of the state control (supervision) and municipal control, except for the types of the state control (supervision) specified regarding 3.1 articles 1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Implementing the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control".
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
