About organization of the Banner of the State military-industrial committee

For the purpose of preserving and development of historical traditions of the State military-industrial committee, increase in responsibility of workers for accomplishment of service duties I decide:

1. Found the Banner of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Approve the Republic of Belarus enclosed Regulations on the Banner of the State military-industrial committee, its description and the image.

3. Hand founded by this Decree Banner of the State Military-industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus to the State military-industrial committee.

4. To perform financing of expenses on production of the official heraldic symbol founded by this Decree within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the State military-industrial committee.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on the Banner of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus

1. Banner of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Banner) - the honourable symbol of honor, valor and glory serving as reminder to each employee of the State military-industrial committee (further - Goskomvoyenprom) and the organizations entering its system about fidelity of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, need of faultless fulfillment of duties on carrying out within the competence of state policy in development and content of arms, the military and special equipment, development of the defensive sector of economy, military and technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states, export control and navigation activities.

2. The banner is handed to Goskomvoyenprom on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

The banner remains behind Goskomvoyenprom irrespective of change of its name. Change of the name is entered in the Letter of the President of the Republic of Belarus issued in case of delivery of the Banner.

3. In case of Goskomvoyenprom abolition the Banner and the Letter of the President of the Republic of Belarus issued in case of delivery of the Banner are transferred to storage to public institution "National historical museum of the Republic of Belarus".

4. The procedure for carrying out, storage and content of the Banner is determined by the Chairman of Goskomvoyenprom.

Description of the Banner of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus

The banner of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Banner) consists of double panel, staff, subcurrent, navershiya and cord with brushes.

Banner panel rectangular, 175 cm long, 150 cm wide. It is made from silk znamenny fy (velvet) of red color. From three parties the Banner is sheathed by golden fringe. Border of the party which the Banner fastens to staff, white color with the embroidered national ornament of red color.
