About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ops (GKNT) "Report on use of objects of the right of industrial property and improvement suggestions" and instructions for its filling
Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve on representation of the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus enclosed:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-ops (GKNT) "Report on use of objects of the right of industrial property and improvement suggestions" and to enact it starting with the report for 2014;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ops (GKNT) "Report on use of objects of the right of industrial property and improvement suggestions" and to enact them starting with the report for 2014.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities according to the list established by public institution "National center of intellectual property".
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2010 No. 167 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ops (GKNT) "Report on use of objects of the right of industrial property and improvement suggestions" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2011 No. 232 "About modification of Instructions after filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ops (GKNT) "Report on use of objects of the right of industrial property and improvement suggestions".
4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
