RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

of October 9, 2015 No. 289

About additional measures for effective and rational use of objects of state-owned property

(as amended on 03-04-2019)

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 24, 2015 No. UP-4720 "About Measures for Implementation of Modern Corporate Management Methods in Joint-stock Companies", and also for the purpose of ensuring effective and rational use of objects of state-owned property the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent carry out inventory count of objects of state-owned property and offers on their further rational use are prepared.

2. Approve lists:

the objects of state-owned property transferred to state bodies to operational management and also to the organizations in free use for further effective use, according to appendix No. 1;

incomplete construction and the objects of state-owned property which are subject to reconstruction on which it is necessary to develop the actions plan on their further effective use, with subsequent their inclusion in industry and territorial investing programs, according to appendix No. 2;

the state assets transferred in the authorized capital of bodies of economic board according to appendix No. 3.

3. - to asset holders of objects of state-owned property to provide to the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the organizations transfer of the objects of state-owned property specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution, the relevant state bodies and other organizations in a month, having conferred on them responsibility for carrying out necessary recovery work and ensuring their further effective use.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, state bodies, the organizations - asset holders of objects of state-owned property in two-month time to develop the actions plan on further effective use incomplete construction and the objects of state-owned property which are subject to reconstruction specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution with subsequent their inclusion in industry and territorial investing programs.

5. Of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with relevant organs of the public and economic board, bodies of performing local authorities in accordance with the established procedure to provide to Goskomkonkurention transfer of the state assets to the authorized capital of the bodies of economic board specified in appendix No. 3 to this resolution.

6. To founders of the organizations included in appendix No. 4 to this resolution in coordination with Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to bring their forms of business and constituent documents into accord with requirements of the legislation.

7. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.

8. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
