RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ts (Ministry of Communications) "Report on technical condition of means of telecommunication" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-ts (Ministry of Communications) "Report on technical condition of means of telecommunication" it (is applied) and to enact it starting with the report as of January 1, 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-ts (Ministry of Communications) "Report on technical condition of means of telecommunication" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report as of January 1, 2016.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities whose type of economic activity are activities in the field of telecommunications.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2010 No. 192 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-tv (Ministry of Communications) "Report on technical means of television and sound broadcasting" and instructions for its filling";

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2011 No. 224 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-pd (Ministry of Communications) "Report on reservoir of data transmission network, the number of subscribers" and instructions for its filling".

4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
