Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 "About movement of goods for private use", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list and goods quantity for private use, imported into the Republic of Belarus and exported from the Republic of Belarus through Items of the simplified omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in the accompanied baggage of physical persons, according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 25, 2014.
