Based on part one of subitem 1.2.11 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2006 "About activities for preparation, retraining, advanced training of drivers of motorized vehicles, self-propelled machines" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 120

1. Establish:

standard form of the service provision agreement on preparation, retraining, advanced training of drivers of motorized vehicles, except wheel tractors, according to appendix 1;

standard form of the service provision agreement on preparation, retraining, advanced training of drivers of wheel tractors, self-propelled machines according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
