1. Announce the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes" in Postavsky district of the Vitebsk region of the earth of forest fund of the public forestry and landscape institution "Postavsky Forestry" (further - GLHU "Postavsky Forestry") (hectare 360,9) in quarters 16 (vydela 1-37, 40-50, 54, of 62, of 63, of 79, of 82, 87-92), 35 (vydela 17, 19, 21, 25-48), 36, 37 (vydela 1-43, 48-54, 62, 64, 65), 105 Kamaysky forest areas, the earth of agricultural purpose of Verenki-Agro open joint stock company (hectare 156,44), Banner of Victory Agro open joint stock company (hectare 422,95), Kamaysky-AGRO open joint stock company (hectare 7,11), the earth of inventory of Postavsky district (hectare 223,19).

2. Approve enclosed:

borders, area and structure of lands of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes";

Regulations on the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes".

3.  No. 793 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.09.2016

4. Transfer the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes" to the control of Postavsky district executive committee.

5. Financing of functioning and protection of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes", and also the actions connected with its announcement to perform from means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

6. In six-months time to provide to Postavsky district executive committee:

registration in accordance with the established procedure the formed territorial unit of the Republic of Belarus - the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes";

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican hydrological wildlife area "Disputes" and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

7. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
