About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of public service

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 2) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Testing of Government Employees and Applicants for Occupation of Vacant Managerial State Position", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Transfer in Personnel Reserve of Classified Public Service", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Acceptance on Training in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Training in Professional Programs of Postgraduate Education in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the state service "Training in Programs of Retraining and Advanced Training in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service of March 29, 2014 No. 04-2-4/56 "About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of public service".

3. To department of public service and prevention of corruption of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption (Komekbayev A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide state registration of this order and its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of Akhmetzhanov S. K.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
