About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 16, 2014 No. 1143-IVQD and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the legal regulation connected with it" of July 2, 2013 No. 713-IVQ" of July 8, 2013 No. 938

Being guided by Item 19 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 16, 2014 No. 1143-IVQD, in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic";

1.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the specified Law and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. keep under control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution of it;

1.4. in three-months time to approve in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic regulations of the centers of content of illegal migrants according to article 85.2 of the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.5. resolve other issues following from the specified Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic".

2. To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic reduction of regulatory legal acts and acts of normative nature of the central executive bodies in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic" and to inform on it the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Determine that:

3.1. powers of relevant organ of the executive authority, stipulated in Article 85.2 Migratory codes of the Azerbaijan Republic are performed in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.2. powers of relevant organ of the executive authority, stipulated in Article 80.2 (in both cases), Article 80.3 (in both cases), Articles 82.2. 1, 83. 1, 83. 2, 83. 3, 92.1. 10, 92.1. 11, 92.1. 13, 93. 4, 93.5 and 94.1 specified the code is performed by the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic;
