For the purpose of improvement of quality of the servicing of bodies of authorities/organizations performed through system of treasury, and improvement of relations between the organizations and territorial treasuries of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the Standard agreement on use of electronic service for acceptance to execution of the arrived electronic payment documents by means of the Organization — Treasury module, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Authorize territorial treasuries to sign contracts for use of electronic service for acceptance to execution of the arrived electronic payment documents by means of the Organization — Treasury module.

3. To charge control of execution of this order to the head of department of the State Treasury.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Appendix No. 1

I. Subject of the agreement

1.2. By means of the electronic service E-Docplat, the Beneficiary has opportunity to draw up, sign and send for acceptance to execution electronic payment documents to territorial treasury.

1.3. The parties are recognized that the electronic payment documents processed by means of this electronic service, certified by the digital signature according to the current legislation of the responsible persons from the Beneficiary specified in appendix No. 1 to this agreement have the same legal force, as well as the similar paper documents certified by the hand-written sign and seal of the Beneficiary.

II. Rights and obligations of the Parties

The beneficiary has the right:

2.1. Submit the application with request to change the list of users and their access rights.

2.2. Receive from the Supplier of the account statement in the original, signed by the responsible person.

2.3. Receive Operating instructions of E-Docplat, the list of logins the registered users and passwords of access to use of this service.

2.4. Receive electronic messages from the Supplier on acceptance and execution or refusal of processing of electronic payment documents.
