Approve the List of the equipment, the technology and construction materials imported by Huadzhin Gayur Indastrial Limited liability company into the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of the plants on production of gypsum cardboard and the putty in the Javanese region of Khatlon Region exempted from the value added tax and customs duties it (is applied).

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service in accordance with the established procedure customs clearance of the imported the equipment, technology and construction materials.
