2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (skh) "The report on the prices of producers of agricultural products" and enact them starting with the report from December 26, 2015 till January 25, 2016.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), their separate divisions having separate balance, performing agricultural activities.
