About customs tariff of the Republic of Tajikistan
According to with part 2 of Article 341 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also for the purpose of enhancement of customs tariff the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve rates of import customs duties according to appendix No. 1.
2. Set free trade regime since November 1, 2003 and apply zero rate of import customs duty in case of commodity import, coming from state members of Eurasian economic community, except for "Ores and concentrates aluminum - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of EurAsEC 2006000000 (alumina) and "The aluminum oxide other than artificial corundum - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of EurAsEC 2818200000 (alumina)". (No. 497 PPRT of 14.11.03)
Set free trade regime and apply zero rate of import customs duty in case of commodity import, the goods made in Ukraine, except for withdrawn from free trade regime.
3. Enter preferences and establish rate of import customs duty in the amount of fifty percent from the approved rates in case of commodity importation coming from the least developed countries according to appendix No. 2 to this resolution.
4. On the companies with foreign investments registered till January 1, 1995 in case of the choice of the customs legislation existing at the time of implementation of investments instead of export duties charge and collection of customs duties when importing of the goods intended for implementation of productive activity by them to make 5% at the rate.
5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.
