About approval of form of the state statistical observation of 6 cars (SP) (Ministry of Transport) "The questionnaire about the transportation of goods by road transport performed by the individual entrepreneur" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications:

1.1. form of the state statistical observation of 6 cars (SP) (Ministry of Transport) "The questionnaire about the transportation of goods by road transport performed by the individual entrepreneur" (is attached) and to enact it since carrying out the state statistical observation from January 11 till January 17, 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical observation of 6 cars (SP) (Ministry of Transport) "The questionnaire about the transportation of goods by road transport performed by the individual entrepreneur" (are applied) and to enact them since carrying out the state statistical observation from January 11 till January 17, 2016.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical observation specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the individual entrepreneurs performing transportation of goods by road transport.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2014 No. 36 "About approval of form of the state statistical observation of 6 cars (SP) (Ministry of Transport) "The questionnaire about the transportation of goods by road transport performed by the individual entrepreneur" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.05. 2014, 7/2751).

4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
