2. To department of public service and prevention of corruption of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption (Komekbayev A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide state registration of this order and its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of Akhmetzhanov S. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Testing of Government Employees and Applicants for Occupation of Vacant Managerial State Position"

1. General provisions

1. Name of the state service: "Testing of government employees and applicants for occupation of vacant managerial state position" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption (further - the Agency).

3. The state service appears the Agency and its territorial subdivisions on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications is performed:

1) the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Service center of the population" of Committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - TsON);

2) in office of the service provider;

3) through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

6. Result of rendering the state service - the certificate in form, according to appendix 2 to this standard (further - result of testing), or the certificate of passing of testing with results below threshold values in form, according to appendix 3 to this standard.

8. Working schedule:

1) the service provider Monday through Friday from 9:00 till 18:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing;

2) TsONa - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the established working schedule from 9:00 till 20:00 o'clock without interruption for lunch, except for days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
