According to the subitem 2) Item 1 of Article 11 and Item 1 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About the state control and supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve form of checking leaf in the field of natural monopolies, according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Approve form of checking leaf in the field of the controlled markets, according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the joint order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of February 13, 2014 No. 32-OD and the Ministries of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2014 No. 41-OD "About approval of form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship in spheres of natural monopolies" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9297, No. 187 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of September 25, 2014 (27808));

2) the joint order of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of February 13, 2014 No. 31-OD and the Ministries of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2014 No. 42-OD "About approval of form of checking leaf in the field of private entrepreneurship in spheres of the controlled markets" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 9300, No. 187 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of September 25, 2014 (27808)).

4. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
