ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of phytosanitary standard rates, forms of phytosanitary accounting, and also Rules of their representation

According to the subitem 15) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of plants" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) phytosanitary standard rates, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) forms of phytosanitary accounting, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules of representation of forms of phytosanitary accounting, according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
