Article 1

1. Approve the performance report of the budget of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further - Fund) for 2014 with the following main indicators:

1) the total amount of budget receipts of Fund in the amount 569 825 493, 1 thousand rubles, including the interbudget transfers from the federal budget in the amount 34 159 126, 4 thousand rubles, the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 981 835, 7 thousand rubles, receipt in Fund of the means of the federal budget and budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund which are illegally used in 2013 in the amount 81 040, 6 thousand rubles;

2) the total amount of expenses of the budget of Fund in the amount 546 184 862, 6 thousand rubles, from them at the expense of the interbudget transfers received from the federal budget in the amount 21 256 485, of 5 thousand rubles and the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in the amount 17 976 764, of 6 thousand rubles.

2. Approve total amounts of budget receipts of Fund for 2014 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 437 359 656, of 7 thousand rubles (including the funds of the federal budget in the amount 14 840 000, 0 thousand rubles allocated for compensation of the loss of income of the budget of Fund in connection with establishment of the lowered rates of insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance for case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood) and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 95 083 833, of 7 thousand rubles.

3. Approve total amounts of expenses of the budget of Fund for 2014 for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 431 693 737, of 5 thousand rubles and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 75 257 875, of 0 thousand rubles.

4. Approve the total amount of the expenses of the budget of Fund directed by Fund to execution of public normative obligations in 2014 in the amount 469 496 446, 3 thousand rubles.

5. Approve the total amount of budget surplus of Fund in the amount 23 640 630, of 5 thousand rubles, from them on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood in the amount 5 665 919, of 2 thousand rubles and on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in the amount 19 825 958, of 7 thousand rubles.

Article 2

Approve the following indicators of budget implementation of Fund for 2014:

1) budget receipts of Fund for codes of classification of the income of budgets for 2014 according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) expense structure of the budget of Fund for 2014 according to appendix 2 to this Federal Law;

3) sources of internal financing of budget deficit of Fund for codes of classification of sources of financing of deficits of budgets for 2014 according to appendix 3 to this Federal Law.
