About approval of the List diplomatically and the representations of foreign states, consular establishments of foreign state equated to them, accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning which the value added tax return is performed

According to Item 1 of article 276 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the List of the diplomatic and equated to them representations of foreign states, consular establishments of foreign state accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning which the value added tax return according to appendix to this order is performed.

2. To provide to service of the state protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhoshybayev of P.C.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
