3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Subsidizing of Development of Production Management Systems of Agricultural Products"

1. General provisions

1. The state service appears the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider) based on the standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Development of Production Management Systems of Agricultural Products" (further – the Standard) approved by the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 5-2/389 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11345).

Acceptance of the request and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation).

2. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

3. Result of rendering the state service – the notification on provision in territorial subdivision of treasury of the account register for payment for further transfer of receivable subsidies for bank accounts of uslugopoluchatel or motivated refusal on the bases specified in Item 10 of the Standard.

2) the secretary of the Commission within 1 (one) working day sends documents for consideration of the Commission. The commission within 4 (four) working days considers and checks the request regarding compliance to conditions on which result the protocol of the Commission is constituted.

From the date of creation of the protocol of the Commission, in case of the positive decision in providing subsidy to uslugopoluchatel the secretary of the Commission sends the notification to the structural division responsible for planning and execution of the budget program (subprogramme) for further forming of the sheet on payment of subsidies.

The structural division responsible for planning and execution of the budget program (subprogramme) within 7 (seven) working days creates and directs to approval to the head of the budget program of the sheet on payment of subsidies in duplicate.

The secretary of the Commission within 5 (five) working days from the date of creation of the protocol in writing notifies the State corporation on results of consideration of requests by means of mail.

Result – the minutes of the Commission;

3) approval of the sheet by the head of the budget program on payment of subsidies within 3 (three) working days from the date of the end of forming of the sheet on payment of subsidies.

Result – the approved sheet on payment of subsidies;

4) submission by the structural division responsible for financial accounting to territorial subdivision of treasury of accounts for payment within 3 (three) working days after approval of the sheet on payment of subsidies.

Result – the direction in territorial subdivision of treasury of accounts for payment.
