About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of parts for turbines hydraulic capacity more than 25 000 kw and separate types of goods for civil aircrafts and about modification of some Decisions of the Eurasian economic commission

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of parts for turbines hydraulic capacity more than 25 000 kW and separate types of goods for civil aircrafts according to appendix.

2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) to add with the note 56C of the following content:

"<56C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 13% of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 28, 2015 № 127 till 31.08.2016 inclusive.".

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 29.06.2021 No. 70

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
