To customs authorities in case of customs declaration of goods electronically not to require submission of import permits of samples of the sturgeon species of fish which are in Section 2.7 of the Inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" is established (further - the import permit), issued by Federal Agency for Fishery - the administrative authority providing accomplishment of the obligations of the Russian Federation following from the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance of March 3, 1973 (SITES) concerning sturgeon species of fish in the presence in information resources of the Single automated information system of customs authorities of data on import permits with preserving the requirement about specifying of their numbers in the declaration on goods in accordance with the established procedure.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia R. V. Davydov.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
