3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasymbek Zh. M.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of the Certificate of Body of Servicing of Air Traffic of the Aeronautical Organization"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Certificate of Body of Servicing of Air Traffic of the Aeronautical Organization" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

1) from 201 persons above - 435 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

2) from 101 to 200 persons - 324 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

3) from 51 to 100 persons - 313 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

4) from 21 to 50 persons - 302 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

5) from 11 to 20 people - 190 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

6) to 10 people - 180 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date.

Certification is performed after payment in the budget of the specified collection for the location of uslugopoluchatel.

Payment of collection are performed in cash and non-cash form through banks of the second level and the organization.
