1. This Provision determines procedure for creation and the organization of work of trainer's council of national team of the Republic of Belarus by the form of sport (national team by technical and aviation sports) (further - trainer's council).
2. Trainer's council is collegiate organ and is created for the purpose of the solution of questions of training of national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports, national teams on technical and aviation sports (further - national team), sports national teams of the Republic of Belarus (further - national team), coordination of activities of trainers and other specialists of national team, personal trainers of athletes.
3. Enters competence of trainer's council:
3.1. providing:
control of realization of models of training of national team and individual plans of sports training of athletes of this team;
systematic control of the organization and efficiency of educational and training process, including sports reserve;
accomplishment of tasks on preparation and achievement of the planned sports results at sports competitions;
3.2. introduction in the procedure established by the legislation:
