1. Approve the Method of calculation of rates for the electrical energy released by the stations generating electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources according to appendix.

2. To the press secretary to publish this order in the Erkin Too newspaper, on the official website of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and on the website of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic within three working days from the date of registration.

3. To department of tariff, price regulation and complex analysis of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- within one working day from the date of official publication to send the copy of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration;

- within one working day from the date of entry into force to send to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

4. This order becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.

Method of calculation of rates for the electrical energy released by the stations generating electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources

1. General provisions

1. This technique is developed for the purpose of forming of single approach when calculating rates for the electrical energy released by the stations generating electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources (further - RES).

2. This technique establishes procedure of payments authorized state body on regulation of fuel and energy complex of rates for electrical energy, the developed with use of the RES including using energies of water, the sun, biomass and wind and the earth according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources" and this technique.

3. According to this technique, rates are calculated for the objects for use of renewable energy resources which are again put into operation.

2. Calculation of rates

4. The authorized state body on regulation of fuel and energy complex establishes and reviews rates for the electrical energy developed by the installations with use of RES constructed within quoting of capacities on the following settlement formula:

Tm - the size of the maximum applicable fare for the final consumer (som/kWh);

To - coefficient by which the maximum rate for electrical energy for final consumers is multiplied;

- according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources" the electricity tariff, developed with use of RES, is established by multiplication of the maximum rate for electrical energy for final consumers on the corresponding coefficient (k 0) which constitutes:

- for the installations using energy of water, the coefficient is equal to 1,3;

- for the installations using energy of biomass, the coefficient is equal to 1,3;

- for the installations using wind energy, the coefficient is equal to 1,3;

- for the installations using energy of the sun, the coefficient is equal to 1,3;

- for the installations using energy of the earth, the coefficient is equal to 1,3;
