1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for training for nuclear power engineering in the organizations of foreign states.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for training for nuclear power engineering in the organizations of foreign states

1. This Provision determines the procedure for the organization of training for nuclear power engineering in the organizations of foreign states (further - preparation abroad) including procedure for selection and the direction of citizens of the Republic of Belarus (further - citizens) in the organization of foreign states for receipt of the higher education of the II step and (or) postgraduate education of the I step by the specialties necessary for nuclear power engineering on preparation in which Republic of Belarus is not performed procedure for the direction of the citizens who are getting higher education the I step in the Republic of Belarus for passing of work practice, studying of separate subject matters or their part, accomplishment of laboratory works in the organizations of foreign states, procedure for the direction of the expenses connected with preparation abroad and also procedure for compensation of the means spent for preparation abroad.

2. The direction of citizens on preparation is abroad performed within the subprogramme 10 "Training for nuclear power engineering the" of the State program "Education and youth policy" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2016 No. 250 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.04. 2016, 5/41915) (further - the subprogramme), for the purpose of training for nuclear power engineering.

3. Abroad go for preparation:

the students who are getting higher education the I step in the Republic of Belarus in the institutions of higher education specified in the subprogramme for passing of work practice, studying of separate subject matters or their part, accomplishment of laboratory works in the organizations of foreign states;

persons, including the young specialists working in the institutions of higher education specified in the subprogramme, other organizations subordinated to customers of the subprogramme for receipt of the higher education of the II step and (or) postgraduate education of the I step in the organizations of foreign states (further - specialists).

4. Selection and the direction of specialists are performed by the institutions of higher education specified in the subprogramme, other organizations subordinated to customers of the subprogramme, directing to preparation abroad (further - the directing organization), as required depending on transfer terms in the organization of foreign states.

5. Condition of the direction of the students who are getting higher education the I step in the Republic of Belarus on preparation abroad is availability in the curriculum in the specialty (to the direction of specialty) subject matters or their part, laboratory works within subject matters, work practice which accomplishment is impossible in institutions of higher education of the Republic of Belarus in view of lack of educational and laboratory or production base.

6. Direction conditions on training abroad of specialists are:

6.1. lack of preparation on the corresponding specialty in the Republic of Belarus;

6.2. availability of need for preparation abroad on the corresponding specialty for nuclear power engineering;

6.3. preliminary arrangements on training of the specialist between the directing organization and the organization of foreign state;

6.4. the application of the specialist addressed to the head of the directing organization about the direction on preparation abroad;

6.5. the conclusion of the agreement on preparation abroad between the directing organization, the specialist and the organization of foreign state;

6.6. guaranteeing employment of the specialist after obtaining in the organization of foreign state of the corresponding education;

6.7. availability at the specialist of nationality of the Republic of Belarus.
