About approval of the Regulations on implementation of individual prospecting production of placer gold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve Regulations on implementation of individual prospecting production of placer gold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the allowing documents issued by executive bodies and their structural divisions" of February 25, 2004 to No. 103 the following amendments:

To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take measures for suppression of illicit trafficking in precious metals and closing of channels of their smuggling to other countries according to the competence established by the criminal procedure legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on individual prospecting gold mining and the organization of acceptance of shlikhovy gold in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 29, 2008 No. 30.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
