According to the subitem 22) of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" we ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the annual program of purchase of goods, works and services according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the medium-term program of purchase of goods, works and services according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the long-term program of purchase of goods, works and services according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) report forms of subsoil users about goods purchased, works and services according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) report form of subsoil users about obligation fulfillment according to local content in personnel according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) Rules of creation and submission of annual, medium-term, long-term programs of purchase of goods, works and services, reports of subsoil users on goods purchased, works and services and on obligation fulfillment on local content in personnel according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising Vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
