According to subitem 32-8) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of information on the state stock balance of minerals to state bodies.

2. To provide to committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) 2) and 3) Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of provision of information on the state stock balance of minerals to state bodies

1. General provisions

These rules of provision of information on the state stock balance of minerals to state bodies (further - Rules), are developed according to subitem 32-8) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2010 "About subsoil and subsurface use" (further - the Law), determine procedure for provision of information on the state stock balance of minerals to state bodies.

2. Procedure for provision of information on the state stock balance of minerals to state bodies

2. Constituted by authorized body on studying and use of subsoil (further - authorized body) information on the state stock balance of minerals is submitted to state bodies by official request no later than 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of such request in time:

To prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan and authorized body in the field of state planning - by all types of minerals;

to authorized body in the field of oil, gas, coal and uranium - on hydrocarbonic raw material, coal and uranium;

to authorized body in the field of use and protection of water fund, water supply, water disposal outside settlements - on underground waters.

3. Information on the state stock balance of minerals goes to the state bodies specified in Item 2 of these rules: on electronic media - on the Single system of electronic document management (ESEDO) and on papers - mail.

4. Information on the state stock balance of minerals is provided to the state bodies specified in Item 2 of these rules in one copy (on electronic and paper carriers) and is not subject to replication.

5. Information on the state stock balance of minerals is provided in the state bodies specified in Item 2 of these rules in form according to appendix to these rules.
