For the purpose of creation of effective system of energy forecasting and according to the Solution of D/2013/02/MC-EnC of October 24, 2013 Council of Ministers of Energy community about Regulations (EC) No. 1099/2008 about energy statistics added with the Provision of the Commission (EU) No. 147/2013 of February 13, 2013 and the Solution of D/2012/02/MC-EnC of October 18, 2012 Council of Ministers of Energy community about the Directive 2008/92/EC on the procedure of community for increase in transparency of quotations on gas and electrical energy for final industrial consumers, and also in pursuance of provisions of the Order of the Government No. 141 of February 24, 2014 "About creation of system of energy statistics" (Action 6.3.2), the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve Energy balance on perspective for 2015 it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economics annually to develop energy balances on perspective and to submit in December every year for approval in the Government.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Economics.
