About approval of the Actions plan for 2015-2017 on implementation of National strategy in intellectual property till 2020

For the purpose of development of national system of protection of intellectual property items and implementation of National strategy in the intellectual property till 2020 approved by the Order of the Government No. 880 of November 22, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 245-247, 951), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Actions plan for 2015-2017 on implementation of National strategy in intellectual property till 2020 it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and the interested organizations to take necessary measures for implementation of the Actions plan and annually, till February 1, to provide to the State agency on intellectual property information on results of accomplishment of the measures provided by the Actions plan.

3. To the state agency on intellectual property:

develop the summary report on monitoring and annually, till March 1, represent it to the National commission on intellectual property;

represent to the Government and publish on the official web page the report on monitoring within 30 days after approval it by the National commission on intellectual property.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State agency on intellectual property.
