1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for servicing of air traffic and use of airspace in case of the extraordinary events or situations menacing to safety of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To heads of department of legal support and the secretariat of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the commander of body 36717:

within three days from the date of registration of this order to take measures on:

- to official publication of the order in the Erkin Too newspaper;

- to placement of the order on the official website of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the website of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic;

within one working day from the date of official publication to send to the copy of the order in duplicate in the state and official languages, on paper and electronic carriers, with indication of source of publication of the specified regulatory legal act, to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration;

within one working day from the date of the introduction of the order owing to the copy of the order to send to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

6. This Instruction is obligatory for management and execution by all operators of airspace whose activities are connected with use of airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic or poses safety hazard of flights and air traffic in airspace.
