1. Approve Regulations on the organization of acceptance and servicing of persons addressing to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine (further - the Provision) which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 21, 2012 No. 4-3 "Some questions of enhancement of acceptance and servicing of persons addressing to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 27, 2012 on No. 314/20627;

the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 7, 2012 No. 16-1 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine of services in electronic form", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2012 for No. 1565/21877.

3. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) together with department of provision of pensions (Kovpashko I. V.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To department of information and analytical systems and electronic registers (Borshovskaya V. P.) to provide completion of the software on conducting electronic pension cases, provision of services to users and information to the banks and the organizations performing payment and delivery of pensions, electronically with use of the digital signature.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except regulations of paragraphs two and third Item 2 of the Section I, Item paragraph two 2, of paragraphs of third and fourth Item 11 of the Section IV of Provisions on use of electronic pension cases, provision of services to users and information to organizations of the banks performing payment and delivery of pensions electronically with use of the digital signature which become effective since January 01, 2016.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Mashkin V. G.

Regulations on the organization of acceptance and servicing of persons addressing to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines organizational bases of acceptance and servicing of persons who address to territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine (further - bodies of the Pension fund), including by telecommunication, according to requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance".

2. In this Provision terms are used in the following values:

the web portal of electronic services of the Pension fund (system of provision of services electronically) (further - the web portal) - set of the program technical means providing operational acceptance, processing, storage and information transfer (data) in case of provision of services to citizens, insured persons and insurers and also provision to the organizations of banks and the organizations performing payment and delivery of pensions, electronically with respect for targeting and measures for protection of the corresponding types of information (data);

electronic pension case - set of information which is processed based on centralized information technologies in the form of electronic data for ensuring appointment/recalculation and pension payment is created and conducted according to requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services" and "About personal data protection", including obligatory information on passport data of the pensioner and his residence; copies of documents based on which pension is granted (monthly perpetual monetary pay, benefit for burial, etc.) and payment is carried out it; other information on the basis of which the size of the granted pension and the pension size to payment are determined from the moment of its appointment to closing of pension case;

the electronic personal page of the user of services (further - the personal page) - electronic accounting record on the web portal which is created in case of registration of the user of electronic services and provides the information exchange connected with provision of services;

electronic service - provision of information and/or documents for the purpose of the decision mentioned by person addressing to bodies of the Pension fund, questions by the web portal;

the user of electronic service - physical person or legal entity which addresses for receipt of service, including electronic, and/or information and consulting support on service provision;

number of accounting card of insured person - unique number of electronic personal accounting card of insured person;

personal accounting card - electronic personal accounting card of insured person;
