the actions plan on implementation of the Concept of forming and development of system of business education in the Republic of Belarus.

The concept of forming and development of system of business education in the Republic of Belarus

Chapter 1. General provisions

This Concept is developed for the purpose of assessment of the potential which is available in the Republic of Belarus and determination of state policy and the organizational development mechanism of system of business education in the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020.

Main objectives of this Concept:

the analysis of international experience of development of business education and assessment of opportunities of its use in the Republic of Belarus;

assessment of condition of the domestic market of business education and determination of prospects of its development taking into account solvent demand and need of the solution of state significant tasks;

identification of the existing problematic issues interfering development of domestic system of business education and determination of optimum methods and ways of their decision;

determination of the directions of development of system of business education in the Republic of Belarus;

determination of the legal basis of organizational and structural development of system of business education in the Republic of Belarus.

In this Concept the following terms and their determinations are applied:

business education - the training directed to assimilation of knowledge, skills necessary for accomplishment of management functions in the commercial organizations;

business school – the commercial organization enabling the realization of educational programs of advanced training of leading employees and specialists in the direction of education "Management";

the module - the autonomous organizational and methodical and structurally functional unit including the personnel and complex of educational and program and educational and methodical documentation providing implementation of the specific educational program;

the modular organization of educational process - the form of the organization of educational process providing use of modules as the main structural unit providing implementation of educational programs;

the MVA program - the educational program of the higher education of the II step of the higher education (magistracy) in "Business administration", the educational program of retraining of leading employees and specialists in "Business administration";

Executive MBA (EMBA) - the programs oriented to upper managers, which are substantially relying on considerable work experience of students;

Full time MBA - the traditional programs in format of resident instruction expected off-the-job training;

Part time MBA - training programs in presentia. At the same time the student gives to training not all the time (as a rule, because of need to combine training with work). Options of evening and modular creation of such programs are most widespread;

Distance-learning MBA - programs when training in which for achievement of bigger flexibility of educational process methods of distance training are used;
