1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations of the state service "Registration, Accounting and Issue of Permission to Carrying Out Aero Film-making Works" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Demolition or Relaying (Transfer) of Geodetic Items" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Issue to Subjects of Geodetic and Cartographic Activities of Data on Geodetic and Cartographic Study of the Area on Sites of Planned Activities" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid the Order of the Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2014 as No. 187 - ODES "About Approval of Regulations of the State Services" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9544, No. 227 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of November 20, 2014 (27848)).

3. Land to provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management with resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
