Article 1. Join the Agreement on the single principles and rules of drug circulation within the Eurasian Economic Union signed on December 23, 2014 in the city of Moscow.

Article 2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to deposit the letter about accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the depositary specified to the Agreement which the Eurasian economic commission is.

Article 3. This Law is subject to official publication and becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, but not earlier than January 1, 2016.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
