RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-tr (avia) "Report on financial performance of work of air transport" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-tr "The report on financial performance of work of air transport" (is attached) (avia) and to enact it starting with the report for 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-tr "The report on financial performance of work of air transport" (are applied) (avia) and to enact them starting with the report for 2016.

2. No. 18 is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 06.05.2022

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing passenger and freight airborne transportation.

4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 14, 2011 No. 93 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (avia) "The report on financial performance of work of air transport" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 61, 7/1481);

subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2012 No. 124 "About modification of some forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.08. 2012, 7/2133);

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2013 No. 40 "About entering of amendments into the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 14, 2011 No. 93" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.06. 2013, 7/2383);

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2013 No. 189 "About modification of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (avia) "The report on financial performance of work of air transport" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.09. 2013, 7/2572);

subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2014 No. 178 "About entering of amendment into some resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.10. 2014, 7/2953).

5. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2016.
