Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (equipment) "Report on availability of agricultural machinery, machines, the equipment and energy capacities" of annual frequency and to enact it starting with the report for 2015.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (equipment) "Report on availability of agricultural machinery, machines, the equipment and energy capacities" and to enact them starting with the report for 2015.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), their separate divisions having separate balance, performing agricultural activities and having the area of farmlands of 300 and more hectares and (or) number of the cattle and bird in terms of conditional livestock of the cattle of 100 and more heads and also performing the activities promoting crop production.
4. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2013 No. 87 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (equipment) "Report on availability of agricultural machinery, machines, the equipment and energy capacities" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.08. 2013, 7/2439);
