Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4 bidding (sale) "The sales report and inventories of goods" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2016;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4 bidding (sale) "The sales report and inventories of goods" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2016.
2. No. 81 is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 16.08.2019
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities performing retail trade, public catering and (or) subscription to printing editions.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2014 No. 201 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4 bidding (sale) "The sales report and inventories of goods" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.12. 2014, 7/2986).
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 12, 2016.
