About compensation payments to persons injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Establish the following amount of the payments provided by articles 36 and 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash":

1) one-time compensation to participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP who became persons with disability owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, to participants of mitigation of consequences of nuclear accidents, persons who took part in nuclear testing, in military exercises using nuclear weapon, assembly of nuclear charges and accomplishment on them scheduled works which became faces with disability owing to the corresponding nuclear accidents and testing, participation in military exercises using nuclear weapon, assembly of nuclear charges and accomplishment on them scheduled works, to wives (husbands) if that did not marry for the second time, the died citizens whose death is connected with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, participation in mitigation of consequences of nuclear accidents, in nuclear testing, in military exercises using nuclear weapon, assembly of nuclear charges and accomplishment on them scheduled works, to the families which lost the supporter and parents of the dead from among persons, carried to participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP and which death is connected with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, to children with the disability connected with consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash:

to persons with disability of the I group - 379, 3 hryvnias;

to persons with disability of the II group - 284, 4 hryvnias;

to persons with disability of III group - 189, the 6th hryvnias;

to children with disability 1264 hryvnias;

to the families which lost the supporter - 7586 hryvnias;

to parents of the dead - 3792 hryvnias;

2) lump-sum allowance to citizens who are evacuated, settled out (settle out) or independently moved (move) on the new residence, - 15, the 7th hryvnias on each family member.

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 1996 No. 836 "About compensation payments to persons injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 15, the Art. 411);
