1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 09.07.2013 No. 697

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2000 No. 1358 "About creation of the single state control system behind motor transportations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, Art. No. 38-39, 451) the following changes:

in the subitem 3) Item 1:

to replace words of "joint check-points" with the word of "posts";

the words "and Department of road traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" to exclude.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2001 No. 1556 "About approval of the List of automobile check points on Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 25, 2002 No. 1251 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2001 No. 1556".

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring in accordance with the established procedure to the attention of representations of the interested foreign states information on the List of check points of vehicles through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
