1. Compensate in 2015 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part of interest for using the bank loans issued by banks to the pharmaceutical organizations according to appendix for implementation of investment projects according to appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2012 No. 174 "About some measures for development of pharmaceutical industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 47, 1/13446; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.03. 2015, 1/15680), in the amount of 75 percent of rate on the credits with compensation in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent.

Conditions of rendering to the pharmaceutical organizations of the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution, and also person on whom the personal responsibility for their accomplishment is conferred are established respectively in Items 6 and 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2012 No. 174.
