1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 2012 No. 1653 "About some questions of licensing of activities of commodity exchanges, exchange brokers and stock dealers" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 91);
