1. Compensate in 2015 to Meat-and-milk Company private company at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of agricultural industry, part added in December, 2014 and paid in 2015, and also part of the interest for using the bank loans granted for implementation of the State program of sustainable development added and paid in 2015 sat down for 2011-2015, the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of August 1, 2011 No. 342 "About the State program of sustainable development sat down for 2011-2015" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 88, 1/12739), open joint stock companies:

Belagroprombank according to the credit agreement of July 31, 2014 No. 33, - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent.

The means received by Meat-and-milk Company private company according to part one of this Item are used by it in 2015 for replenishment of own current assets.

2. Determine that condition of rendering to Meat-and-milk Company private company of the state support provided in Item 1 of this resolution is accomplishment by it in 2015 indicators on growth rates of labor productivity and profitability of the sales established according to the business plan of development of this joint-stock company.

3. Confer the personal responsibility for accomplishment by Meat-and-milk Company private company of the indicators specified in Item 2 of this resolution on the CEO of the called joint-stock company, the Minister of Agriculture and Food and the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus under whose authority questions of agro-industrial complex are.

4. To the state committee on property together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in the I quarter 2016 to introduce in accordance with the established procedure the draft of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capital of Meat-and-milk Company private company at compensation amount of part of interest for using bank loans according to Item 1 of this resolution.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
